1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one account only on cu777. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts along with for feiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

You must keep your registration information up to date. If your mobile number, payment method, or other details change, you are responsible for updating your account accordingly. cu777 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated account information, including failed withdrawals to a number you no longer use.

• One account per person, device, household, and payment method.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept current at all times.
• Accounts registered with temporary or disposable phone numbers are not permitted.
• cu777 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or activating bonus offers.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cu777 login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity carried out on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify cu777 immediately by emailing [email protected].

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cu777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are generally credited to your cu777 balance quickly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and network conditions.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. If your registered payment details have changed, contact support before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Deposits made using a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be refunded and the account suspended pending investigation.

Balances held in your cu777 account do not accrue interest. cu777 reserves the right to place holds on withdrawal requests pending verification of account activity if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

cu777 offers a range of bonus offers and promotions covering Slots, Bingo, Fish Games, and the Betting section. All promotions are subject to individual terms that are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page for each offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while Bingo, Fish Games, and Betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Time limits: All bonuses must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus can be held per account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including through multi-accounting, using low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or systematically targeting promotional offers — will result in voiding of the bonus and potential account suspension.

cu777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while players have active qualifying bets, those bets will be settled under the original terms where technically feasible.

7 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on cu777 — including Slots, Bingo, Fish Games, and Sports Betting — are governed by their own individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or altered after confirmation, except where a specific market offers a cash-out feature.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet settlement, cu777 will use available server records to determine the correct outcome. Where records are insufficient to determine an outcome, the affected round or bet may be voided and stakes returned.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action.
• Bingo rooms operate on a fixed schedule. Players who join a room after a game has started will participate from the next available round. Balls drawn before a player joins a room are not retroactively counted toward that player's card.
• Sports Betting markets — including Cricket, PSL, Football, and Esports — are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or event organiser. cu777 reserves the right to void markets where results cannot be officially confirmed.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market. Bets that exceed the stated limit may be reduced or voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cu777 platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one cu777 account in any form.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment details to make deposits.
• Money laundering: Using cu777 as a vehicle to launder funds of any origin. All suspicious financial activity is monitored and may be reported.
• Bot use: Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any other tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a way not supported by the standard user interface.

11 Limitation of Liability

If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as a platform-side decision — any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.
